As already directly communicated with the supplier the products did not meet the design specifications. Although the supplier offered a small discount I feel pushed to accept the products by a picture made at the factory. After receiving the products (delayed), I only found out the products are not usable and sellable. In fact a total loss off time, money and missing sales opportunities during black week. Also the production time was much longer than agreed upfront, finally a already arranged quality inspection date had to be posponed. I am also very unsatisfied with the quality inspection performed by TUEV Sued, the did not check the products according to the provided product specification and did not encounter the mismatch between products and specification.
